Warner House, Portsmouth, NH., 1962, pencil signed lower right, printed in an edition of 50 with this being an artists proof presented to William Greenough Wendall of Portsmouth, Wengenroth was also commissioned by William Wendall to do a lithograph of the Wendall House in Portsmouth, two notes from Wengenroth describing the print are included in the lot, framed. Image 11.25 by 15.75 inches. Frame 19.75 inches by 23 5/8 inches.
