John Glas started the Glasite Movement. Printed in Edinburgh for Alexander Donaldson sold at London by J Richardson and E Dilly. This book was printed during John Glas Lifetime. The book has signatures on the inside including Thomas Cheswill(Possible son of Wentworth Cheswell) and also signed Eliphalet Merrill in 1825. overall good condition leather on cover cracking. shows old repairs. pages loose at front. includes written thesis from original owner.
