(New York, Germany 1867-1938). View of the Passaic River, 4.5 x 7 inches, dated Oct. 30, 1907 4;30 p.m. and inscribed “Passaic River and two weeks, high water, in shadow of setting sun, lighting up orange the tops of trees and brilliantly the white houses and factories”, there are many color notations in the drawing and the verso has extensive color notes, probably a preparatory sketch for a painting, framed.
