Mostly French subjects, Including one signed and titled Vernon (France), one titled “Church on Hillside”, “Old Houses”, two copies of a hillside town (one signed), and a signed female nude woodblock. Viola Helen Anderson was an Arts & Crafts era painter and block printer. Born in South Dakota, she lived in Massachusetts and exhibited at the Providence Art Club c. 1915. She traveled to France where she studied art at the Fontainebleau School of Fine Art, These prints were probably made c. 1920 while she was in France. Unframed, sheets 7.5 x 5.5 to 11 x 8 inches.
