Six charcoal drawings and a print related to WWII, framed, largest frame 20 x 16.5 inches. Together with a collection of unframed works. Babette Beinfield Newburger was an accomplished artist, she spent many years at the Arts Student League in New York where she was mentored by Raphael Soyer and other leading artists of the time. She was a cartoonist for Esquire Magazine in the 1950s, as well as an experimental film maker.
