Each painted in colored enamels and gold with a sheidl flanked by floral garlands, and enclosing the initials "BG" in foliate script, surmounted by the crest of a fully-rigged ship flying two American flags and a pennant, surrounded by a rouge-de-fer and gold husk border within a blue Fitzhugh-type border. Diameters 2 3/8 and 5 inches.Provenance: Descended in the Guild family of Massachusetts.Benjamin Guild II (1749-1792), Boston. Married Elizabeth Quincy, daughter of Col.
