This rare English box, with the original lid, was used on a shop counter to hold imported Turkish cigarettes. Depicting a scene of a family of tobacco farmers with their laden donkey in a tobacco field. Blue green transfer on white ground, 4 1/2 inches round x 3 5/8 inches tall.
