Probably Massachusetts, 1830-60. Of ovoid form with slightly flared rim and rounded foot, covered in brick red glaze streaked in manganese brown. Height 5 inches. Together with a contemporary redware pitcher, in the manner of Bristol County, Massachusetts or Rhode Island, covered in dark streaked green glaze. Height 5 1/2 inches. (2)
