(Ohio 1862-1925) Moon Flask shape decorated with flowers in the barbotine manner, signed "A. Valentine "79?, glaze flake on rim. Albert Valentien was a painter and ceramic artist from Cincinnati, Ohio. He worked briefly at Wheatley Pottery and then at Rookwood Pottery from 1884 to 1905. Height 6.5 inches.
