First Document from William Frost Esq and signed by Esaias Preble. in 1775 esaias was captain of a company of minute men at cambridge. afterwards he was a member of the convention which ratified the constitution of the United States. Rep in state Legislature also a selectman and colonel of the 1st regiment of militia several years. this document is dated 1803. the next document is signed William Frost and 1796 Collector of county of York with First name Isaac. Frost enlisted 1775 and commissioned ensign of capt s leightons co in the 13th foot and served until dec 31 1775. commissioned 2nd lt jan 1 1776 of capt s wilds co in the 18th continental infantry reengaged nov 13 1776 12th MA Reg promoted to first lt jan 1 1777 of capt s burbanks co in same reg. took oath of allegiance at valley forge and commanded his company the jan 23 1778 until 1779. appointed barrack master of west point and commissary of brigade july 15 1779 at special request of general patterson and was commissary of issues of general pattersons brigade 1780 to 1782 then appointed in Contractor service.
