Chicago Arts & Crafts c. 1915, length 3 inches, impressed with artist’s mark and “Sterlingâ€. Matthias Hanck took jewelry classes at the Chicago Art Institute and in 1907 started working for the Kalo Shop. After leaving Kalo in 1910, he opened the Julmat Shop with Julius Randahl. In 1915 he opened his own jewelry shop in Park Edge, Illinois.
