Edward Miller & Company, Meriden, Connecticut, Late Nineteenth Century. The font of spherical form, pierced with Wyverns joined by beaded garlands enclosing masks, raised on scroll supports ending in Wyvern heads, the thumbwheel marked "EM & Co. THE SOLAR." Height including shade 19.5 inches.
