Frame 32" by 27". Repair work in multiple spots, relined onto white fabric. portrait of Charles A Mann who was a New York Politician. Mann was in the senate and the house of reps. the painting was done by Frederick Fink in 1847. Fink 1817-1849 was well known for his portraits of prominent people. many portraits reside in museums and historical collections.
