Lot 42 – Yorkshire Creamware Enamel-Decorated Pitcher, Leeds Pottery:
1790-1810. Molded and painted in overglaze enamels with a view of a farmer observing two hunters with their dogs in a landscape, the neck painted on either side with a stylized branch issuing flowering vinery centered by a large flowerhead, the spout molded with leaves and the leaf-capped handle both heightened in black, impressed "LEEDS POTTERY." Height 5.75 inches.
