Lot 84:
Wallet of russet calf, 3 ½ x 7 ¼ inches in closed position, with a scalloped flap with a leather closure strap (showing a wire-wrap, period repair) ending in male portion of a steel clasp, the female riveted to the body proper. The leather is embossed front and back with three stamped motifs, the two outer being an eagle/globe device, with the central device being a rose wit stem, with various scrolled and edged surrounds. There are two pockets and folds of calf on the interior.
